South African Indie-Pop-Rock with the heart of Soul and Blues

 Hey! My name is Kalden. I was born in South Africa and could never imagine calling any other place my home.
I have been singing since I had a voice and writing since before I knew how.
Music has taught me so much over the years. Some of my earliest memories are 
of me and my parents dancing in the living-room to some deep cut 90's electro-pop. I remember
my grandfather picking up a guitar and singing with a voice that will never leave my head and a guitar that
now rests in my arms. I remember the time my mentor asked me…

“Have you ever thought about doing this for a living?”
and how it broke my brain and set in place the rest of my life.

I have a huge love for creating music and exploring how it connects all
of us on a deeper level. I write music largely based on my
experiences, but have always been a fan of story-telling and I use
that whenever I get the opportunity to.
